You’ll rarely find me without a pair of chunky gold hoops dangling from my ears. But only ever in gold ...............
I’ve been wearing them since forever !!! I love that they are seeped in cultural history dating back thousands & thousands of years. Archaeologists’ have discovered hoop earrings worn by Sumerian women dating back to 2500 BC !!!
Not to mention their prevalence in the Black Power movement of the 60’s, the 70’s disco era & the 80’s & 90’s hip hop scene.
My favourite, go-to pair of the moment are the hammered chunky hoop that you can just wear & wear............. Â
